Generally I am very pleased with the functionality of the app. Some suggestions for enhancements. A customizable widget for the Stream devices so that it is easy to get a snapshot of the solar production, battery charge status, home load and feed from the grid. Within the app, it would be useful to include a plot of the battery charge status history in the tab for the charge and discharge metrics. Currently, it is difficult to get a feel of how the battery charge varies across the day.

Smart looking app that is easy to use. Please can I ask for an enhancement, once an electricity consumption rate has expired, there is no way of going back and editing it. My rates change daily, so I have to remember to set them every single day as the app will not let me set an historical value. I should be able to add and edit old values. Thank you.

Update: customer service fixed it, and it's now working again so back to four stars except only storing two years of data, and I don't know how to download it after this last update something has changed and on my Delta 3 plus it no longer gives me totals for anything other than the last 6 days and that goes for the app on my tablet 2, so I think it's the website that is messed up, and now they're limiting my data to only going back a year

Ecoflow is a joke. Not only is their customer service null, but I have been avoiding this app for the longest time since I read about all the horror stories of firmware updates. Well, I wish I followed my own advice. I had my river pro set to stop charging at 80%. After the update it read the battery was 100%. I lost 20% of my battery charging capacity now because it was 80% before the firmware with a draw that gave me 27 hours of use, now it reads 100% charge with 26 hours of use!

The app constantly shows disconnected and no power going to my refrigerator. I purchased the ecoflow Delta 2 last week, installed the app successfully, connected via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in my house. Now that I'm traveling internationally, the app shows it's disconnected and no power going to my refrigerator!!! I panicked and called a neighbor to see if the power and internet was out, and was told that the power and internet was working fine. As was the refrigerator. What is going on with the app

The latest version is unable to connect to my devices without internet. Before that I was able to use Bluetooth off grid but now even to use Bluetooth you must have internet connection. This is beyond stupid for a device marketed for off grid use
