★★☆☆☆ Great Hardware, safety concerns over app. The appliances are solid. I own 2 units. River 2 Max and River 2 Pro. Solid, clean power, great construction. The app requiring me to "sign in and allow a Hong Kong company, and any big data broker for that matter, to know what Eco flow gear I own, and it's geolocation is worrying, and a needless requirement owners have to bow to for use of advanced features. Love the gear, hate the spying BS.

★★☆☆☆ The latest app reports an incorrect state of charge. Today is 8/10/24. I have 2 delta pro's with 2 extra batteries each. The latest app is showing one of the extra batteries @ 0% on both sets even though these batteries have charge. It is also asking me to update firmware but when I try to update, I get message that I have less than 5% charge and will not do it. I even downgraded the app but the same problem. It must be on their side. Very disappointing. On iOS the app is fine, Android Issues.

★★☆☆☆ Trying to create an account. It sends a verification code to my email. I check email and remember verification code. When I re-open the app, the page with the code is gone, and it asks me to log in or create account. I click create account. It sends my email a verification code. I go to email and get code. When I go back the previous page is missing, and it asks me to login or create account. Do you see where this is going?
