Impossible login... sms validation is mandatory but sms sending is blocked by the application itself...

Log on problems every time. Luckily I got a physical card, and I use it for payment. The app is used once a month to check the balance, but the logging in is a nightmare. Biometrics, pin, and finally you are asked to start over again with your e-mail address. Unfortunately no other alternative, as my company has chosen this one as a voucher operator. People comment in English, the reply from Eden red is in French...luckily the app is not in chinese or arab.

No matter how many times I used the app to get the sms code in, it didn't allow me to enter the sms code. The moment I switched to my sms's to copy the code and switched back to the app, the whole screen of the app was not ok. Like it was enlarged and resolution was waylay off! I was forced to use the browser on a PC, instead of my phone, just so I can finish the activation process. This does not occur with any of my other apps.
