Devoted is the best. I have alot of medical issues, and they are on top of things. Got my oxygen transferred for me. Love this insurance

The app itself is fine and the people are pretty nice they just don't cover stuff like you would hope for cancer patients, finding out slowly I am new to this place, and apparently they don't cover your blood work or a few other things for your oncologist to keep up with your cancer and for all I know that could be some of the Medicare that doesn't cover it.

What a terrible experience this has been. Someone named Carmen kept calling and completely dominated the conversation. I made an appointment and was given a time/date. Devoted never kept the time. It cost me an entire afternoon waiting for them to contact me. Carmen just hangs up when she doesn't get to hear what she wants.

If you are searching for health insurance, avoid Devoted. Their customer service is nonexistent. Very, very poor. Trust me, it's the worst. I can't wait for the end of the year, so I can drop these idiots.

This plan. Is confusing. Do I pay for my prescriptions, and you reimburse me? I CAN NOT AFFORD TO DO THAT!! WHAT IS ACTUALLY THE ADVANTAGE BESIDES NO CO PAY? DR IS A GOOD 45 MIN FROM MY HOUSE. Current Dr. is 10 minutes away? So no advantage.

I don't like that kind Devoted because hard times my health disabilities. There Devoted don't cover benefits. I decide different insurance company on October between December. I want great insurance company for my health benefits.
