The app itself is fine and the people are pretty nice they just don't cover stuff like you would hope for cancer patients, finding out slowly I am new to this place, and apparently they don't cover your blood work or a few other things for your oncologist to keep up with your cancer and for all I know that could be some of the Medicare that doesn't cover it.
This is my favorite ins I have had so far & I worked for companies that had some real amazing insurance & I am 60 yrs old. Devoted has covered everything without issues xrays, MRIs etc. My last ins started making cost of some of my scripts so high I couldn't afford them anymore. I had to stop taking my Equality injections for my chronic migraines which debilitate me. Then I switched to Devoted & they got my script cost even lower than I was paying & INCLUDES my Equality. I ♥️ them.

I have experienced various insurance providers over the years. Devoted coupled with my primary Chen Medical is a winner. I have more benefits than ever before. Free Lyft to & from all my doctors. A robust benefit card helps me with rent, grocery, utilities etc. OTC, in house testing, 24/7 availability. Loving It!!!

What a terrible experience this has been. Someone named Carmen kept calling and completely dominated the conversation. I made an appointment and was given a time/date. Devoted never kept the time. It cost me an entire afternoon waiting for them to contact me. Carmen just hangs up when she doesn't get to hear what she wants.

This plan. Is confusing. Do I pay for my prescriptions, and you reimburse me? I CAN NOT AFFORD TO DO THAT!! WHAT IS ACTUALLY THE ADVANTAGE BESIDES NO CO PAY? DR IS A GOOD 45 MIN FROM MY HOUSE. Current Dr. is 10 minutes away? So no advantage.

I don't like that kind Devoted because hard times my health disabilities. There Devoted don't cover benefits. I decide different insurance company on October between December. I want great insurance company for my health benefits.

I am not satisfied with devoted I have not received my food card they are very slow take about taking care of their customers.
