This is an awesome App and better company! When I received my welcome packet however I didn't get the home and health card and by the time I did, there was $1000 on it that would not roll over. I was going to lose them all because the card never came, and it took 3 months for them to finall mail it, but they DID roll over and paid a $698.00 electric bill w/ shut off notice, it zeroed out the balance on my bill. And the rest went on home and food. It IS good at Rogers, yes. A godsend for sure

What a terrible experience this has been. Someone named Carmen kept calling and completely dominated the conversation. I made an appointment and was given a time/date. Devoted never kept the time. It cost me an entire afternoon waiting for them to contact me. Carmen just hangs up when she doesn't get to hear what she wants.

If you are searching for health insurance, avoid Devoted. Their customer service is nonexistent. Very, very poor. Trust me, it's the worst. I can't wait for the end of the year, so I can drop these idiots.

I am not satisfied with devoted I have not received my food card they are very slow take about taking care of their customers.
