The ASI app developers need to stop worrying about updating the UI and concentrate on the communication errors and connection errors. This has been a problem since day one and has gotten worse since the last update. It takes 3 times as long to do a car because I have to keep going back and put in information or retake pictures because of the errors and crashing. (Samsung Galaxy S8)

I have been a cr writer for 4 years. We were using cr input. Now, we are using this app. We have had nothing but trouble. We have timeout communication error, server unreachable error, unsupported media type error, plus many more. We have to go back and re-write the entire vehicle, re-take pics, etc. we spend more time fighting the error messages than writing a vehicle. It takes 30 minutes to update beauty pics. I gave it a one star bc it would not let me pick a half a star. Overall worthless!

Constantly crashes!! Guaranteed every 3rd CR it will freeze, and you have to restart the entire app. Ive been a writer for a long time and have written over 25000 vehicles, and it seems like the app was created by someone that has never written a cr
