Poor services, absolutely a waste of time. Unable to process anything forward. School authority doesn't even care to fix the problem despite hundreds of parents are having technical issues.

Automatically log out for parents without any reason, unnecessary biometric or login are required, should not be mandatory. I am receiving OTP on email but the app does not go to the next page.
