Makes dispatching easy and also more reliable than radios I have a pager and edispactes, and personally I used to like the pager more do to the delay do to processing, but then I got a new pager and half the time it tones and that's it doesn't play the page

Great app for getting messages and call alerts. Stay in touch while on vacation. Stay in touch while in school. This app along with dispatches are great on getting dispatch information. The area where you can install if you're going to the scene, to the station or unable to respond is great also. The area where you can add if your available or not to keep everyone up to date This is a great app, and so I give it 5 🌟. Everybody should get dispatches for there Fire, Rescue and EMS services.

The app is great... if you have it in your pocket when it goes off. 4 times I've been on the phone when that GD high pitch beep goes off!!! It hurts my ears and will cause hearing loss! Fix this! It doesn't need to do that when the phone is in use! I've tried to turn it off! What the heck guys!? I want it to beep, so I can hear it. But NOT WHEN THE PHONE IS RIGHT BY MY EAR! Oh thank God! I did update the app and really hope that fixed it! I need the volume up... just not when I'm using it.

The old version was better. I got a cad notifications for an auto accident in my town the hwy and town where correct when I clicked directions. It said the crash was 2.5 hrs on the other side of the state when it was really 2 miles away. I do not like the cad I wish it would just page out like the old version. Also doesn't pop up when you get an alert it just tones then I have to open the app. I gave the app permission to override everything but it don't show up.

If our dept's trucks hadn't driven past where I work I would have must a Mutual Aid call for a Barn on Fire with 10+ mph winds. App didn't notify me Never got the text Alert either. Sometimes it works most of the time it doesn't seem too. Glad I have a pager. They did say there was an issue with push notifications on Android Devices. I do have an Android Device. On the help page it said to Enable text Notifications. I enabled that when I initially set up the App, @ 1 year ago, haven't got one.

Liked pre update version. Not being able to hit a side button to quiet tones anymore is a real pain.
