Problem with update. Update removes login and password information and requires user to re-enter the info. Users may not have the information and will not be able to use the app until provided it. It will result in users not responding to calls due to no notification from the app. User information and login/password migration to the updated version should be automatic. Appears to be fixed in latest update.

Having some issues still, I have 2 accounts, one for volunteer firefighter, and another for mine rescue. Was last on the mine rescue account, we got a call for volunteer ff, but it didn't sound the alarm and switch accounts for the call. Typically it would automatically switch over.

The new version is horrible. It's hard to navigate and takes forever for any messages to come through. It's not easy to use the app when sitting still. Forget it when in a hurry.

Hate these things u have to keep putting ourself up on the screen, after time goes by I would just love it if it kept us on there until we take ourselves off when the call is done instead of keep on clicking on it to put ourselves back up again, & also it wipes the messages off after time which is stupid ur app should keep those messages up until we take them down ourselves after the call, after a bit when we are still on the call it wipes everything off saying no incident when we are still on duty

Terrible since update, this app used to be really good. The most recent update really lets it down. Its clunky which is not what you want at 3am trying to work out what kind of emergency you are heading to. It constantly overruns telling for 4 hours after a call how many are headed to the hall. The PTT alert is non-stop in my notifications. Can we just remove the update the new features aren't worth loosing its core usability?
