Easy to set up via the app. It's just a pity that the actual Eero device came with no instructions whatsoever to inform me that I needed to download and use the app for setup. Why presume that people will know this if they've never used one of your devices?

App is mostly easy to use, unless you want to check what devices are online as the filter defaults to everything but online devices, or I haven't found out how to change the default filter.

Network connectivity is generally good, but there's too many annoying bugs in the app. I constantly see devices as "offline" in the app, but they are very clearly online, and vice versa. I also keep getting a second networked displayed "{network} available via eero" which messed with my Wi-Fi auto connect features on my phone. I have to delete the app and reinstall to temporarily fix. I never ran into these types of issues with my Orbi. I would expect a higher quality bar from Amazon.

I eventually got it set up, but it skipped steps and presumed magically knew that I should have plugged certain things in a certain order, or what port o. my modem to use. Took longer than it should have just bc things were poorly explained.

Garbage. Gaslights me my service is working while it simultaneously tells me it's not working. I can't troubleshoot because the app is garbage. I can't stand this garbage software, it's trash. Came back and tried again in 26, still garbage.

These apps still lacking some options/tweak settings that could boost the eero Pro 7/eero Max 7 devices. I was first installed by Sonic Fiber Optics the eero Pro 7 ($10.00/m rental) with supposed Wi-Fi speed of 2.5Gbps, but was getting only up to 1.7Gbps. Then I requested exchange to eero Max 7 ($20.00/m rental) with supposed Wi-Fi speed of 5Gbps, but this time it only reaches the Wi-Fi speed of 1.7Gbps to 2.1Gbps or less only ... not even reaching up to Wi-Fi speed of 3Gbps?
