Really good coverage MESH system. Set-up is quite temperamental and takes longer, but once up and running, it's really good. The app is straightforward enough, with some technical knowledge and itself updates during the night.

The most recent update removed the ability to see when a device was last connected to your network. This is frustrating because if something has disconnected unexpectedly, it can be helpful to see when it was "last seen". I'm not a fan of apps removing features that reduce functionality and usefulness.

I blocked a foreign device from access to the Wi-Fi in this app. It was called something like China Dragon Soaring. It was broadcasting too, I guess, but it was found on my network. I blocked it and paused the device. When I tried to log back on eero, no logins worked. My phone said that it was put on pause from the network in my Samsung Wi-Fi settings. I did not pause my phone, and I only get 1 bar now for my network which is suspicious. Now I can't get the eeros app, whole Wi-Fi offline.

Horrible updates every week, always having to unplug devices in random order to get updates to even work on the hardware. Jumpy DNS settings, poor usability with no admin panel. All around poor experience with this app and equipment. I will surely be switching to Fiber and asking to leave the EERO out of my plan.
