Easiest of the more powerful home Wi-Fi network brands I have known to date. Amateur to prosumer can be equally happy with eero. Their elegant little cupcake like design besides Apple Mac akin aesthetics are easy on the eye. Today I set up a network for a mates town house with one of my retired eero 6 units. Great network security, online help. Still a great product range in my experience. We are rapt with signal strength coverage all around with just one of previous series.

Tried to sign up with my internet installer, and it denied me saying I have an account. I do not. I have never ever needed this app until today. So we tried having a code sent a few times, but thet never happened. Thank goodness the installer was able to bypass your b.s. and ditched the app all together.

Cannot use the addition units for the house. During setup, it keeps saying the other units are out of range. The unit is in the room next door to the main unit (about 15 feet). These units are worthless for expanding your network area.l

Too restrictive for the Private Owner. I am a retired Network Operations Manager who cannot get full control, even with the Paid App. Eero should take note of the recent changes mandated by law where the Auto Ind. Tried locking owners and mechanics out!

Having lots of issues with having a private DNS on my phone and this router. Constantly says my phone doesn't have Wi-Fi connection because if this. Biggest complaint is I cannot see any of my devices D/U data. It tells me the weekend or daily but the granular graph pop-up is just black no data for individual graph lines. There's a lot of simple things wrong in this app/router combo that's original development team should have solved in a weekend but alas it's been months. I hope the team improves
