Hats off to you, the application was easy to get registered on.logging in was ok... Searching for what I wanted to pay was simple plus it works and with a credit card, and it will send you a receipt... And with the country locked down due to the virus this is handy and if I could, I would give it 4.5 stars. Update this is 2025 and still no issues.well done.

The last update is not user-friendly at all, in the old versions in logs pages was very useful especially when checking the telephone bills as was showing what type of bill was and phone number without selecting the logs, now I needs to click on each log to check telephone number and the bill name removed, (update) after returning to classic view, no interface issues, thanks for answering

It's the luck of the draw if it works. It also sometimes charges your credit card and shows payment failed in payment history. Even though, your credit card payment charge went through.

Only when paying in bulk (more than 1 bill together at once) via visa card, the seawater system doesn't process it and shows that those bills never were paid, yet my bank sends me a successful transaction notification. Like earlier today when paid water, net and Zain bills all at once دفع الفواتير بحزمة واحدة Would you fix this repeatable issue please!

Awful service! eFawateercom service through banks has been down for over a week. As a reminder, this is a paid service! In other word, you don't accept payments for bills out of good deeds, yet service has been down the longest! I sent a request via your WhatsApp support number, but the message says: you are being redirected to a representative.... ", and this is over 2 hours ago. You need management restructuring, so bad! Such a terrible company!

I'm outside Jordan, but I couldn't make a registration every time it shows error even though I've tried to register as a new user, but it said that I have an account but when I tried to log in it shows errors
