★★★★★ Fantastic news the system is working after waiting weeks was thinking it wouldn't ever be fixed had no emails from them. But it's working thank you

★★☆☆☆ Linked up to the hub with no problems but energy transmitter will not link up to the hub because the transmitter has no mac number to put into the app now waiting for a reply from energy will update this when this is running

★★☆☆☆ Unable to register. Not receiving the verification code at all

★★☆☆☆ Dreadful app because it is so difficult to connect to the Energy Gateway. Support is non-existent. No automatic setup option on Android, no Wi-Fi scanning.

★★☆☆☆ Device looses configuration once a month, more or less, I need to reset the gateway and re-provision the Wi-Fi settings to register the gateway again. This is annoying for a monitoring device.
