"I paid my electricity bill through Easy Payment, but the amount went into the wallet instead. When I contacted customer support, they refused to refund it, stating its company policy and can only be used for mobile or DTH recharges. They told me to use UPI next time. However, even when using UPI, the money still accidentally goes into the wallet. When I ask them how this is possible, they simply blame it on 'network issues.' As a customer, how can I accept this?
