Description
I wrote this app to help people doing the 'Egg Fast' to track their daily consumption.
Touch the plus sign next to each item to increase them throughout the day.
This is a free app sponsored by discrete ads, which I have kept out of your way.
I don't personally follow this plan, so if you have questions that are not about the app itself, there are many wonderful forums and sites on the web, that could better answer your questions.
KetogenicWoman.com has graciously allowed me to put a link in the app to her websites FAQ, and there are many other articles you may find interesting there:

★★★★★
Eggcellent This is the perfect app for the egg fast. Thank you simple and to the point. Tracks everything you need on the fast other than water, however one should be drinking enough water regardless of being on the egg fast or not...CORRECTION water is also counted.yeayyyyy
★★★★★
Great app for doing an Egg Fast. Does what it is supposed to do. No need to count calories, etc. on an egg fast just eggs, fats, cheeses, and water so this app is perfect for that.
★★★★★
Great app for the Egg Fast!! This is not a calorie counter app it's not a diet app, it's not myfitnesspal, it's not Weight Watchers, or any other it's not going to give you your percentages of protein/fat/carbs it's not going to count the number of grams of protein/fat/carbs it's not going to count your calories it's not going to tell you how much you walked, and it's not going to cook for you, nor clean, nor do your laundry. Egg Fast Tracker is a memory helper app for people doing the EGG FAST, and who want to keep track of what they ate each day. It's perfect for THAT! Thank you for such a cute and unpretentious app. :)
★★☆☆☆
all this app appears to do is let you tally how many eggs and servings of butter you have eaten. it does not tell you how many calories you have eaten or how many grams of fats and proteins you have had. it appears to function properly - its just- not useful.

Useless All you have to eat for this fast is 6 eggs and 6 tablespoons of butter. Why do I need an application for that? I was hoping for more info. Using my phone memory for nothing. Call me when you get the best update for this application!

I don't understand the point of this app. It LITERALLY is only tracking water, eggs, butter and cheese. A piece of paper and a pen to make hash marks does the same trick. No nutritional info, no calorie tracking, nothing. I "uninstalled" it after one day. Went back to myfitnesspal where at least I get nutritional info. This app isnt worth wasting the space on my phone.
