Their customer care service is worse, they just don't value ur time, it seems you are asking any government running institution to fix ur problem. There is a lady called Bhavna, 100s of msgs student send her daily for app related issue, she will respond to some of them and just ignore others. My egurukul not working since 10 days, and I'm not getting proper response from the team. Also, it's Very difficult to use the app on ipad.

A note to new students We joined classes on March month and still notes are not delivered yet, some classes are horrible, and they just read notes, no proper support, regarding notes when ever we called them they give one date and on that date if we ask them they will tell another date. No proper response from them. Always they will day we will talk to higher authority. I don't know why they are taking 3 months to print notes

The app is full of glitches. The problem is that when u solve a bank fully or watch all the videos of particular topic the percentage still won't show 100% completed. So tracking the progress becomes very difficult. I have been reporting this problem since month of january 2025, and they still haven't resolved this issue in those 5 months. Their technical team literally of no use at all. And after launching of new dbmci one app they literally started to ignore this app. No time to time updates...
