Now in June 2026 everything has changed!!! Absolutely unsatisfied!!!! For coach driver it's no longer possible to create German license plates in the app, and if you receive approval via chat to create a new license plate, you can create this license plate, but you cannot use it in coach areas. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I have contacted support, but unfortunately there has been no improve mt. Solution! Use on the web "myringgo", there is a way to solve that problem

As a US traveler that was able to retain my U.S. number via E-Sim I couldn't use it. You can only verify with UK number. Not even email.(Which is the dumb part) so I had to manually pay for parking anyway.

Surely the point of an app for parking is, so it can be flexible? Add more time etc. but we tried to add an hour at a car park, plenty of signal etc. and just kept getting a 'failed' message when trying to pay for another hour

Users must be able to terminate a parking session before its scheduled end time and receive a refund for the unused portion of the parking fee.
