Arrived at the car park the payment machine was not working and advised paying via other means. They had a sign stating you could pay via Ringo app and a code stating what car park. I followed all instructions and when I tried to pay for the ticket my banking app gave a notification that said "The payment has failed because the merchant did not process the payment properly" So now im unable to pay and have to go to another car park! What is the point in having technology if it DOESN'T WORK?

As a US traveler that was able to retain my U.S. number via E-Sim I couldn't use it. You can only verify with UK number. Not even email.(Which is the dumb part) so I had to manually pay for parking anyway.

To charge people a convenience fee for using an app to park is wrong. I don't know who signed this deal with the parking companies, but parking is already expensive. It's cheaper to pay by cash!
