Comments on RingGo: Mobile Car Parking App for Android

★★★★☆ Mike M · Sep 13, 2026

Works well with a stable internet connection but app hangs if no or unstable connection. This occurs in the latest and previous versions on Pixel handsets (7,8 & 10)

★★★★☆ Norbert J · Sep 24, 2026

Verification is a pain when you don't send anything... Although registration through online page works, and then you can log in through the app. Will test it this weekend and update later.

★★★★★ Daz · Aug 31, 2026

Seems to work all the time and that's all you want on this app. It's clear and concise in its wording when using the app. Great job 👍🏻

★★★★★ Alessandro Iuculano · Sep 3, 2026

Prices are lower than payphone app, ( no hidden fees)

★☆☆☆☆ M. O · Aug 17, 2026

Arrived at the car park the payment machine was not working and advised paying via other means. They had a sign stating you could pay via Ringo app and a code stating what car park. I followed all instructions and when I tried to pay for the ticket my banking app gave a notification that said "The payment has failed because the merchant did not process the payment properly" So now im unable to pay and have to go to another car park! What is the point in having technology if it DOESN'T WORK?

★☆☆☆☆ Himbot · Sep 19, 2026

Still unable to login despite deleting my account and trying to register a new account. Verification code sent via SMS is completely bugged and won't validate within the app. The fact there is an SMS limit is ridiculous. Absolutely useless app and a joke of a company. Don't waste your time with this bugged app and find an alternative car park with a parking app that actually works and has a seamless process.

★☆☆☆☆ Hazzer · Aug 9, 2026

Hidden fees. The search function cannot find the car park even if you used the number printed on the "Pay Display" board
