Description
EinsteinII provides all the solutions for your hospital staff managing. EinsteinII developed by Hallmark Health care IT solutions. www.eintein2.com data is in sync with the EinsteinII app.
Most of the existing workforce solutions focus heavily on past data for staffing a hospital with available skill sets, much like driving a car looking only at the rear-view mirror (not recommended by anyone). These solutions lack predictive intelligence, real-time dashboards, and the ability to pre-empt the use of overtime. New generation workforce scheduling and optimization software needs to be much more than scheduling software that only extrapolates past data to fix present staff scheduling challenges.
EinsteinII Artificially Intelligent staffing and scheduling software achieve and exceed the functionality of many of today’s systems. EinsteinII helps hospitals proactively control workforce costs, standardize staffing processes, optimize labor productivity, and schedule workforce staff based on HPPD, acuity, workload, and future demand.

Needs Work. Hopefully development comes out with updates much sooner than several months out. Unable to do practically anything on the phone. Unsure if I need more information from the employer or development. Just overall really difficult to navigate. Lag is really bad. It's a cool concept but not ready to be used by the masses.

Not sure if it's an android issue, but you are not able to enter your availability with this app. Area to enter time availability does not work

Very poorly optimized for mobile - using a pixel 6 I am unable to schedule myself for shifts because the app layout cuts off buttons and windows, so I have to use a different device. Clunky, outdated UI make it obvious this app has been limped along into phone generation cycles it had no business seeing. The fact that this is my employer's chosen software is endemic of the greater issues with mismanaged corporate healthcare spending, but still disappointing to engage with.
