Some features on Inovalon are better through the computer and some are better through the app. I don't like that I can't click into work through my phone and that it has to be on a computer, and I haven't figured out how to check the super view through the app. Those are my main complaints. Other than that I like the accessibility of the app in scheduling work and seeing my shifts which is much easier on my phone than the computer.

No notifications even though it is set to do so. Another issue when notifications were working was that when I tap on the notification it doesn't bring me to the change that happened to my schedule, it's pointless.

Pissed that I was notified when a shift was requested and now hasn't for months now. Tried dling on my personal phone as well still nothing. You guys need to fix this because I am a Manager who has to fill vacant shifts after posting. I now have to check notifications in app every minute to know wether someone is requesting it. Huge waste of time and frustration. I HAVE to use this app, so please get this fixed!!!

Won't let me view notifications today. Just says try again later. There's no way to contact the developers and report issues, so I can only hope that they're aware of the problem. Rest of the app is working okay, but I really think adding some type of "contact us"/"report bugs" feature would be very useful and also improve the average rating of this app. People keep coming here to report bugs because that's the only option.
