Jana ta Bank should fire the whole IT Backend team. Unoptimized App, Slow Response, sometime app even don't work.

Very bad experience. The app is very slow. It takes much time than usual in every step. Furthermore, my account has been charged occasionally which I do not face in other banking system. They charged 575 tk for issuing an atm card which has limited facilities comparing othe bank cards! Sms charge, nid charge... a list of so many!
