Very functional and secure. Improving interface and becoming more stable each update. Note** taking picture make sure don't wear glass and keep facing visible and open both year, also background should be walled / blanket (fixed). ** if necessary go the nearest branch.

Very bad experience. The app is very slow. It takes much time than usual in every step. Furthermore, my account has been charged occasionally which I do not face in other banking system. They charged 575 tk for issuing an atm card which has limited facilities comparing othe bank cards! Sms charge, nid charge... a list of so many!

Jana ta Bank's service is very poor. The staff's behavior is unprofessional and unfriendly. The mobile application's process is extremely complicated and difficult to use. Overall, I am dissatisfied with Jana ta Bank's services.
