Very functional and secure. Improving interface and becoming more stable each update. Note** taking picture make sure don't wear glass and keep facing visible and open both year, also background should be walled / blanket (fixed). ** if necessary go the nearest branch.

There are several issues with the app that need to be fixed as soon as possible. The biggest issue is faced verification. It often fails or gets stuck, creating a very poor user experience. There is also a payment issue. When I select Bank or bKash and proceed to pay, the app reloads and returns to the previous screen. I have to start again and reselect the payment method every time. It never works on the first attempt. Please fix these issues as soon as possible.

A digital bank that forces you to live in 1895. I don't know why this app exists. The entire point of a mobile banking app is convenience, but for every single transaction, login or setting change, it tells me to visit a physical branch. If I wanted to talk to a teller every day, I wouldn't have downloaded this. It's so bad that if hackers ever broke in, they'd probably feel bad for the coding and help poor illiterate developers to rewrite the app out of pity. Absolute waste of storage space.
