There are several issues with the app that need to be fixed as soon as possible. The biggest issue is faced verification. It often fails or gets stuck, creating a very poor user experience. There is also a payment issue. When I select Bank or bKash and proceed to pay, the app reloads and returns to the previous screen. I have to start again and reselect the payment method every time. It never works on the first attempt. Please fix these issues as soon as possible.

Banking will be easier if you do a PIN system instead of password while logging into the Jana ta Bank app. Many people find it difficult to write a password. PIN system should be done like other banks.

Doe snot show all my savings account, FD/ DPS in single place. Only one savings account per app per one device. But all acounts should be shown against my NIDs right? Am not talking about other advanced options like. Opening DPS/ FDR, resetting pw or change device options. Those seem too far away whereas other advanced mobile banking apps like Brac Astha or City Touch offers all of these. I hope JBL authority takes action for app development.
