My wife picked up an order of 4 wings for me with some cole slaw and mashed potatoes. She came home with BURNT wings and potatoes and GRAVY!! I did not want gravy, and I guess she was not given the choice as she just ordered mashed potatoes. The wings were non-edible.

Account sign up is broken. When making an account they force you to verify a phone number but aI never received the verification code. I looked it up, and it turns out this is a common issue that has to be resolved through customer support.

The app is broken. After signing in it keeps asking for birthday and preferred store. The window won't close and even when you enter your information and click continue freezes.

Logging in incredibly difficult. They have disabled the autofill function for the username and password. Why can't I use my password manager to autofill these fields??? Worst of all, even if you end up saving the password with the password manager, it is not searchable as "Pollo loco"! It must save under the name of a third party app name or something because I can't seem to find the saved password for the life of me. Enable the autofill function, or biometrics, or I won't use your app!
