Excellent when copying iTunes songs from macOS to Android phones!

Used to be a big fan. Around Jan '22 syncs started taking 4 hrs instead of 1. In Sept '22 Wi-Fi sync stopped working entirely. I open app, click button for Wi-Fi sync, & app closes. This happens on 3 different phones. Uninstall/reinstall doesn't help. I've emailed them 8 times since Sept. They suggest fixes that don't work or say they're working on it. After 3 months, I don't think they really will fix it. Other reviews here say the same. ETA: Their reply says to email them. I did, 8 times!

I did not request this app, two months into being charged $16.23 every week, I am just noticing the charges. I just put in a request for a full refund. I never downloaded the app, nor did I sign up for a free trial.

After Android 17 upgrade on Pixel 6a in late July, I cannot sync it with my iTunes on Windows 11. I have uninstalled and reinstalled syncs app paid version and iSyncr Desktop for PC. My Pixel shows iTunes library on my PC; however, after I select the playlists that I want, the app says Sync Started - Retrieving Playlist Information as usual. For example, it says Library 1 of 56, etc. But then it says "Unexpected error: invalid response from server when getting songs in Playlist - error code 21

I keep getting "free limited" when I try to sync my own music why should I have to pay you guys just get my own music into my phone I should be able to get it for free and not have to pay for it since I already paid for the music you should just be able to pay for extra features or no ads or something not to sync all my music that I own
