Brilliant!! This is a great way to take card payments. The app is easy to use with no lengthy sign-in for each card payment just an easy to enter PIN. The Posmate Smart key pad has my trading name displayed & looks more professional than other gimmicky looking key pads that other brands are using. Payments are in my bank account in 4 days. All in all this is far better than other card payment systems I have tried.

Shockingly poor I was using Mobile Merchant for a few months with no problems, then I had to do a full reset on my phone and had to install the new version of Mobile Merchant. I went through the set-up pretty easily and tested the app at the same time, however when I went to use the app with a customer I was asked to enter a pin which I may or may not have forgotten, so I click on the 'Forgot Pin' button. I entered my email and password then enter a new pin. I am then given an error message saying 'Invalid format for user PIN'. I try a few different numbers for the new pin that are different lengths and I get no further. I don't have the option to enter any letters in the PIN as only the number keypad appears onscreen when you select the PIN field. The app doesn't explain what format the PIN should be in. Shockingly annoying.
