Never has worked for me, you enter any model number, partial or full, and you get a blank screen. Now it says I have to log out and log back in, but there is no way to log out. I have been an authorized servicer for years and years now. What a piece of garbage app.

Terrible app. Your appliances are mid at best and this app proves your software team is just as bad. I've made more competent apps in high school with higher traffic flowing through them than this. Step up your game and hire an actually competent IT department.
