Login used to be based on a QR code. This QR code was given by the Elisa TV Digimon. New app requires username and password. Those can only be obtained if you have a newer contract. It's been 3 years since the start of our contract, and now we cannot use the feature that was advertised. Customer support told us that if we want to use the app now we have to sign a new contract that's more expensive. 1 star for taking away a paid for feature and not telling their customers.

Overall bad user experience. Examples : Tv series episodes crashing and start again, app can not remember where the tv series was paused, episodes sometimes mixed up, the next episode is not starting auto automatically, casting does not play movie/episode with first try, loaned movies broken and can not be watched (wasted 1,99x2) not motivated to try again, subtitles need to be selected several times before they start to show the checkmark under settings and subtitles under movie/episode.

Overall good, but so many issues. For example, in the last month or so, the search feature does not search tv programs, only movies, even though the series is running. It used to work. Now I have gone to tv listing, choose the channel the show is on, and scroll back many days until I get to that particular episode of the tv show. Also, I can't find a way to go back to a certain day, week, time unless I go to tv listing, and hold button for a long time to go for example 3 weeks back. Its so tedious
