Faced issues Initially, but the recent app update fixed all the issues and working fine. Thumbs up and keep up the good work.

Great concept and it's getting better. People that expect this to be perfect from the word go are unrealistic. It was a kick-starter project and I think the quality of both the lock and the app are better than expected! Keep up the good work.

Last review may have been harsh. After 3 days of trying, the new version finally saw my lock in the lock/unlock screen, allowed me to lock/unlock, and crucially, set a pin code. I misunderstood how setting the pin code worked, trying to set it on the lock rather than the screen during setup and after that, the option to set it was grayed out, but the new version allows setting it. Assuming that the pin will continue to work even if there are future bad versions of the app, the lock will function as an expensive combination lock, so it isn't totally useless, however, given that there are only 4 choices for each digit, a long PIN would be good. Otherwise, I still think the lock is an unwise purchase as it relies on a small company keeping a web service running and maintaining a good quality application working on future versions of phone OSes.

It's pretty much a crap shoot whether this thing is going to work from one minute to the next. Sometimes it seems my lock, but most times it doesn't. I often have to close and reopen the app, or get to the main menu and use the clumsy UI to manually try to connect to the lock. When it does connect, it takes forever. I spend 10 minutes just trying to lock or unlock my bike most of the time. It's absolutely absurd. Particularly for $200 lock! I really hope they put some work into this user experience because it's absolutely awful right now. This app would be a prime candidate for Android Wear integration, too -- but of course there's none of that.
