I lived in faliraki and my address is in faliraki.my package arrived in ixia. Elta wants me to collect there but I lived far from ixia.I called many times but no answer. Worst courier .we have elta in faliraki why they don't transfer here.

Absolute rubbish. It insists on knowing your date of birth, which no other tracking app requires. It doesn't remember the items you are tracking, so you have to re-enter the tracking numbers every time you open it. It sometimes rejects a tracking number, even though the Website and all the generic tracking apps manage to locate it.
