one-star review since they force the installation on mobiles to be usable. App has no english translation or I cannot find it, browser with translate unusable. You effectively prevent every non hungarian speaker from purchasing something. This indicates a highly incompetent project planing and subsequently management. Also, website on mobile is stuck on an infinite loop, embarrassing for a company of this size

Hard to get a refund if anything damaged under shipping. If something is faulty, and you wrote a review they will delete the review without questioning. Fast shipping and overall good products. Only the error handling is an awful experience.

There are a lot of fake sales on the EMag marketplace. 1 of 5 orders never arrived and the company just deleted from the partner list. No call center available, you cant claim anything. There is also a facebook group existing where users writing about the bad experience.
