The main functionality works: can search for real estate. Positive: still better than some competing apps Bugs: the stored searches don't work; it executes a plain search without conditions independently of the saved criteria. You can hide a listing, but it will still show up in any of your searches.

Day before yesterday's notification was delivered in the app after yesterday. (not even as a push notification, but in app). Also, no map view like on the website, so it's kinda pointless, just use the webpage. 10/10 great experience if you want to see what deals have been already missed and only care about the overpriced ones that will stay for days.
