Vry poor response towards their clients especially after buying a package. I have faced an issue thy didn't help me or explain what to do. And worse some designs came as stream, no response at all even after asking what it means and even call no response...vry few designs for small machines(in suits and no border design for suits) need to add more decorative designs, celebration designs like Christmas etc
