This app is amazing. So far I've tried the solo session, couples session and argument analyzer, and my husband and I have been super impressed with both. It helps to be close to the phone when speaking and to eliminate background noise by talking to Em in a quiet space. Her insights, recall, directness and understanding of human nuance are nothing short of amazing. A few extended sessions with Em accomplished what would have taken MONTHS in counseling with a human therapist.

Paid for the trial and downloaded the app and can't even get into it. I go to login page enter my email, it says check my email for a code. I go get the code and put that in and hit login & it goes back to the original login w/email page.

The app was initially good upon first use but since then it has logged me out of my account and no linger works when I attempt to log back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but it just doesn't respond to my email and offers so acknowledgement/guidance
