What a great service. Had a video consultation within 24 hrs. Lovely Dr & very helpful. There was about a 13-min delay, but it saved me from trying to book an appointment & waiting weeks.

Clinician was excellent, but this app is poor. The app placed me in the waiting room after the identity check. Twice whilst waiting, the app disconnected me from the waiting room. Once, it said that my consultation was complete. There were connection issues during the call and a long lag to connect to the clinician when the call had already begun. Again, I have zero complaints about the clinician, only the app.

Rubbish. If your GP points you here get a new Dr! Had to go in circles several times before I could get into my appointment. Connected with random GP who could only tell me I needed to talk to my actual surgery who only point me to this app. Any surgery using it should be banned from practice.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I had a HORRIBLE experience with Push Doctor. I booked an appointment and clearly specified in advance the medication I needed, but when I met with the doctor, they refused to prescribe it. I made my needs clear from the start, so the doctor shouldn't have called. After the appointment, I promptly requested a refund since the service did not fulfill what was advertised. I had to make a chargeback claim as they also refused to refund me.
