Ok so the app itself is well presented and informative and works. The service that's provided is amazing. The cost is a little more than your usual doctors, but it's worth it considering I wouldn't be able to get an appt or an urgent one for that matter for at least 1–2 weeks. I waited 5 minutes on tend, evaluated on the spot and a prescription sent to my.local pharmacy...all this at 3am. Anytime tend has doctors waiting on standby. Highly recommend

A great app! Easy to use & navigate without the hassle of wondering what services is covered by the clinicians on the app. Before your scheduled appointment, they also send you a reminder about your incoming video call with the doctor or nurse. The consults don't feel rushed, and you get your prescription/medical certificate within the hour. Great service, great app & great team overall!

Truly I can't imagine going back to a doctor that isn't with tend. Just now it's 9pm, and I needed to book an appointment for my child. I was able to see all the available appointments in all the locations in my area, as well as having the option for an online consult. Not to mention the notes and being able to message the nurse!! Game changing. And so simple to use.

Doesn't allow you to log in, and I have messages from my doctor that I can't read. It's not the first time this app has done this b.s. fix your app or loose a customer 🙄.

Updating the app not the best. I'm constantly in a loop of putting in a code, sent as a text to my phone, then it says expired code, "we will text you a new one", and so it goes on!!

Frustrating! Sign in and go nowhere. Was working ok when first installed but now have to phone for appointments and results which is not ideal for anyone
