Update:: 3 Nov 25 Always Update This App with Google Play, App Market Of Oppo update has login after updating issue, remove and Reinstall;: Easy to install, relatively easy to Register and use. Might have made doctor appointments via video chat easier during COVID. Order repeat scripts and have your scripts sent to Chemist near you, see your test results, Zoom required for Doctor via video link. Wi-Fi or Mobile data required. Message Nurse, Doctor or Support team. Love the app(and the team).

Its definitely handy, but annoying that you can't book an appointment if you owe money even though you've set up a payment plan. Otherwise good to be able to see results and past appointments etc

Updating the app not the best. I'm constantly in a loop of putting in a code, sent as a text to my phone, then it says expired code, "we will text you a new one", and so it goes on!!

Absolutely awful experience. DO NOT USE. They will make you wait 12+ hours for an appointment, it will be 3 hours after the scheduled time and 5 minutes before your appointment time they will then cancel it with no proper reasoning & no response when asking for a review. Absolutely waste of time.

Doesn't allow you to log in, and I have messages from my doctor that I can't read. It's not the first time this app has done this b.s. fix your app or loose a customer 🙄.
