The old one was great, but this one won't change the birthdate to what I want it to be. I selected my birthday and year, and it just remains as the date in 2022 then tells me I have to be over 18 to use it

Beware - the app requires an up front, non-refundable payment of £45 before showing available slots. Prior to that the only availability shown is over the next 2 hours or the next 48 hours. I was shown no slots over the next 2 hours but plenty over the next 48. Once I had made payment, it only offered slots a full 2 days away - had that been made clear I never would have spent the money.

The previous app was a significantly better experience. This app is a regression in every way. You can no longer simply veiw available appointments, select and then pay. Instead, you buy 'credit' without an understanding of appointment availability. When you go to book an appointment you are required to take the best guess at availability, then the app will inform you of the 'nearest' available appointments, which in my case was in 5 days time. Is there any point in going private anymore?
