Very good service, counselors are lovely and very helpful. Sometimes difficult to get appointment with preferred counselor at convenient time when first booking online (can book directly with them from first session onward, which is much easier). Would be helpful to have an idea of whom the counselors are before booking - not just academically, but a rough age of the counselor would be helpful as, for example, the preference might be to speak to someone closer in age or older.

Why do you have to log in constantly to it? And then get a 6-digit code emailed through. Makes the app very user unfriendly

The two-factor authentication is infuriating with the email codes taking forever to come through. Such a poor user experience, I shouldn't have to log in 10/15mins before an appointment. Really stressful

We change our password in work every 6 weeks and now the app won't let me log in no matter what I try to do. What a pathetic system. This is not setting a great example on how you run things. If I suffered with mental illness this would push me over the edge. Just come off the help line, and they also were useless who cut me off all the time. My stress levels are off the roof which they weren't before trying to get on the app. YOU ARE USELESS.
