Very good service, counselors are lovely and very helpful. Sometimes difficult to get appointment with preferred counselor at convenient time when first booking online (can book directly with them from first session onward, which is much easier). Would be helpful to have an idea of whom the counselors are before booking - not just academically, but a rough age of the counselor would be helpful as, for example, the preference might be to speak to someone closer in age or older.

Adding to all the similar reviews. Absolutely appalling login system - sessions only lasting 10 minutes, having to wait for an email pin EVERY time. No "trust this device" feature, no biometric login. And the have upcoming appointment buried under "History"

Forced two-factor authentication sends a code to work email, which I don't have on my phone because I keep a healthy work-life balance. It's a huge pain to log in, which I can't if I don't have access to it anywhere and anytime I want. The interface is horrible too, not optimized as an app. You can clearly see it's just a web interface. Developers should take some notes from Doctor Care Anywhere app.
