I installed Emerald a few weeks ago, and it has completely changed how I manage electricity in my home. The real-time tracking feature gives me instant insights into my consumption, helping me identify where I'm using the most power. The alerts and reminders on the Enciser app are a lifesaver—I no longer get surprised by high bills! Definitely a must-have for anyone looking to cut down on energy costs.

I have experienced water temperature of your Heat Pump is not high enough when two of us having shower at the same time. Set temp is changing from time to time even we don't touch it. It varies from 50 to 56 degree C. Need your help. Tark Kim

Loved the app till now, at moment is telling me I have no Bluetooth, checked with that, says I have no app ! Confused & not very savvy my end, help! 6 months later, lost app with new phone, but now usage & spending in multiple thousands !!

App is easy to use, clean and functional. Only thing missing is the widgets. Love to see a widget on my phone's screen showing the temperature of the hot water for the heat pump. And maybe total energy utilization for the day for the energy monitor.

Again, scheduled heat pump Smart Actions just stop working. Mid-2025 app update completely broke Smart Actions. Now, a couple of days after new year 2026, scheduled Smart Actions stop working. DID THE DECEMBER UPDATE BREAK THINGS AGAIN? Waking up to cold water! What's the point of an energy efficient water heater with app programming to heat at off-peak low electricity rates, if this repeatedly fails? Wasting my time yet again hoping a complete reset gets it working again. Hoping. Disappointed.

Just not working. The Smart Actions work for a while, but then they stop. Sometimes the pump turns on but not off. Very frustrating.

Terrible device don't waste your money on it. Worked for a few months then after an update Mitsubishi heavy industries split system won't connect to the emerald unit. It won't let me chose no remote to pair and keeps saying no Internet connection after only 3 attempts at connecting it errors out every single time on the 3rd attempt. No support from emerald either.
