I am happy with mine and use it daily amd hourly to learn where my power and money are going finding it very accurate hourly, daily, same as other people I had horrible door knocker people that I handed over my personal details to and now still get telemarketing calls ALL the time, big shame these Indian people ruin it for everyone. I HAVE A NEW PHONE BUT I CANNOT CONNECT BACK TO THE THING IN THE METER BOX AND CANNOT ACTUALLY FIND ANYWHERE TO TELL ME A CONTACT FOR HELP WITH THIS.PLEASE HELP

Again, scheduled heat pump Smart Actions just stop working. Mid-2025 app update completely broke Smart Actions. Now, a couple of days after new year 2026, scheduled Smart Actions stop working. DID THE DECEMBER UPDATE BREAK THINGS AGAIN? Waking up to cold water! What's the point of an energy efficient water heater with app programming to heat at off-peak low electricity rates, if this repeatedly fails? Wasting my time yet again hoping a complete reset gets it working again. Hoping. Disappointed.

Just not working. The Smart Actions work for a while, but then they stop. Sometimes the pump turns on but not off. Very frustrating.

Terrible device don't waste your money on it. Worked for a few months then after an update Mitsubishi heavy industries split system won't connect to the emerald unit. It won't let me chose no remote to pair and keeps saying no Internet connection after only 3 attempts at connecting it errors out every single time on the 3rd attempt. No support from emerald either.
