I installed Emerald a few weeks ago, and it has completely changed how I manage electricity in my home. I created a couple of Smart Actions for my heat pump, then I realized that this is irrelevant for performance and wanted to remove it. But there is no way to get rid of them. You can update them but not delete. Thank you for advice. I was able to delete smart actions now.

Loved the app till now, at moment is telling me I have no Bluetooth, checked with that, says I have no app ! Confused & not very savvy my end, help! 6 months later, lost app with new phone, but now usage & spending in multiple thousands !!

App is useless Everyday I have to reconnect the system to the app. And even if after that unable to connect back to the system. The Smart actions never work. Emerald representative agreed that there is a problem but no solution. No contact since. Worst customer service ever. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The app and associated smart features are complete rubbish, the Wi-Fi antenna might as well be mounted inside the tank for how well it receives signal and all smart features fail to run if either Emeralds servers, or the internet are down. The heat pump has a mandatory run at 10PM, which you can use smart actions to avoid, if you're lucky enough for them to actually work. You can adjust the clock to shift this to daylight running, but this auto updates if connected to the internet.

Doesn't matter what I do, the app will not connect with the Hot Water Service. Don't buy this product.
