There's a mission that requires an airport crash tender unit, and I can't play it because I don't have it. The problem is, my HQ is already level 4, and the unit is available at HQ level 2. When I try to upgrade at the Training Center, it always gives an error message: "Emergency Error system blah blah blah" and keeps restarting the app.

Do not play the 1v1 mode, you are not really playing other players. it's just a scam to get you to watch more ads, you can win the first few then It's almost like the difficulty gets turned way up where you can not win. Other than that it's ok. Just don't expect too much. They started with a decent game and added too much. Making it too complicated.

Firemen do not respond especially to electrical problem, should use extinguisher. Game has become increasingly boring. Same missions over and over, and what state has only 2 firemen per truck.

This game is trash. Once you max out at level 13, there's zero incentive to play anymore. You cap out at money you can earn, there's nothing left to buy, and they are only introducing new vehicles that you have to buy WITH REAL MONEY. What a scam. I have over $50 million in game money but if I want to get the new vehicle, I have to pay $15 in REAL money..... greed has destroyed this once fun game...

Game is best but advertisement system has too much glitch it always says no advertisement available almost all the time it gets stuck on advertisement specially on Facebook ad and Olymp trade ad
