Absolutely useless garbage. Predictions seem completely made up. Even Google Maps has slightly more accurate predictions but unless you're at MacArthur BART the shuttle seems to just come at random.

Tapping on a bus route brings up a map of a totally different route. If you're looking at all the buses coming to a particular stop (like MacArthur), it frequently reorders them, as well as showing the second or third bus on a route arriving rather than the first. More confusing and frustrating than helpful.
