Login issue and its take long time and doesn't update the finance eligibility. Its logout automatically and I was waiting for more than 1 hour but its keep loading and then automatically logout not useful app.

Very bad app. Despite no outstanding loan on my account it is showing you have a loan outstanding that's why the request is rejected. I can't delete my account because of the same reason. Can't raise the support case. Because there is no option in complaint reasons option. Dear Emkan team I don't need your loan, but I request you to let me delete the account.

I tried to apply manually by calling their loan agent, but they said the minimum salary requirement should be 10,000sar, while their customer service says it's 5,000 and even in their website and app it's 5,000. The customer service advise me to go to Al-Jahiz bank, but the staff told me they don't Buyout. Their website and app has Buyout to apply for Buyout products. I wrote a complaint in their website since 2 weeks now, but no response. The complaint section in their app is not working.
