Free packs are very misleading, nowhere has them in stock and hasn't for months, what a waste of time trying to find one. Nowhere to complain, either in the app or with the stores involved, who are just getting free promotion in return for nothing. I can't believe this app gets nearly 5*, they must be manipulating the play store somehow. The app is rubbish, it's just ads.

Free never packs available, and the app caused to me to get so many spam and cold calls. Don't recommend at all. They must pass on or sell personal data.

This app is a joke.... all day it's not loading or working. As soon as shops are closed they start working, tried multiple phones, restarting phone. Shuting it down but nope won't load what a joke

After signing up with my mobile number ended up receiving loads of scam callers some were really nasty. Was never able to get the freebies as my local stores never had it. Contacted emmas diary on ig they said would be delivered to store in the next few weeks kept checking and still nothing 🙃 seems a bit of a scam really
