Easy-to-use app allowing you to create EMOM workouts and time them. You can choose between a workout timer - just select your workout and hit "Start" - or a simple timer - input the number of minutes you want to train for and hit "Start".

An acronym for "every minute on the minute", EMOMs are HIIT-style workouts often used in Crossfit, in which you alternate between short, intense bursts of exercise with complete rest.
EMOM workouts challenge you to complete an exercise for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds. The remaining time within the minute serves as your recovery.
They are very versatile - you can focus on cardio or strength, use bodyweight or equipment, and are usually anywhere from 4 to 45 minutes long.

What a great app! Simple app with no ads or unnecessary extras to track. Speaks the actual exercise next, so you don't need to keep looking at your phone. Needs more credit for this app; well recommended!

It's cool, but it needs a rest timer selection. For example 20 seconds exercise, 1-min rest for 3 rounds

When connected to my blue tooth ear buds it channels audio to my ear buds, and it still comes through the speakers of my phone. Makes it completely unusable at the gym. Otherwise it would be great. But it is unusable for me.

The App does not work in the background and there is a robot voice for some reason, beeps would be enough. I won't be using this.
