EmPassion

We want to have a quick view of the employees' passion and alignment with the company. To do so, we want to know if employees are happy with their work tasks. We want to know if there are some issues in the passions (let's say if there are no passions satisfied in the work), in the employees' engagement (if they are losing their interest in the job), issues at work or in a department. It is not about employee engagement; it is to know how the employee can align his passions with his job. The purpose of EmPassion is not to know if there is personal conflict.

EmPassion is also a team restructuring tool. We want to have access to the employees’ skills and interests to make better decisions in the selection of team members for new projects. This would allow the company to avoid doing some outside recruitment if not needed, but mostly we want to put people in the role they want to have and to find the best team we can put together in alignment with their interests. We want to be aware if an employee wants to change roles that could be done within the company.

We are also interested in the succession issue between roles. The employee’s interests in training and mentor based on their interest in specific skills can show which employee could fulfill some lack. We also want to have a quick view of which needs are urgent. By doing so, it would be an easy understanding of where there is a need for more employees able to do a task and who would be interested in learning it
