Wonderful app and easy to use. Empower is so much better than my last service. Only issue is when I connect other accounts it doesn't link to We bull and sometimes info on rolling over another account into Empower is lacking. I would use their service a hundred times over.

Amazing way to keep track of your finances. I can see all of my debts and assets all in one place without juggling between apps or using a spreadsheet. I can't imagine finances without this app. It's free, and only suggests you meet with their financial planner maybe once a month.

Currently, more reliable. Link to bank info. Is not consistent. App. Blames blank. Given my history with this app., I'd say it's probably the app.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. Can't log in to account. Can't reset password. Have to constantly re-enter info because it doesn't know what I'm doing. I don't have issues with any other app like this. Really cool that this is what they think of their customers if I could, I'd move my 401k elsewhere

I prefer fewer apps but this combined finance and retirement app is convoluted and hard to navigate. Also, I like having all my accounts in one place to view; however, it's worthless because they do not update. Then, when I try to update, I get stuck in a loop. I have to log in to one account through the accounts' website, but the security check voids all prior activity, so I have to log in again to the account and so on and so on, never able to update my account status in the empower app.
