• The app encrypts plain text and decrypts encrypted text.
• AES 256-bit is used for encryption. Key derived with PBKDF2 (25,600 iterations) using, a 64-bit random Salt along with the specified plain Key, is used for encryption/decryption of the text.
• App allows to copy/share the encrypted/decrypted text easily. Encrypted text is in Base64 allowing easy sharing/saving with any standard text sharing/saving app.
Recent changes: • Key is now derived using PBKDF2 (25,600 iterations) using, a 64-bit random Salt along with the specified plain Key. Note: NOT COMPATIBLE WITH OLDER VERSIONS! • Encryption/Decrytion needs non empty Key.

Works perfect. Super small and easy to use. Great text encryption utility. Keeps snoops out of your business. A must-have for now days. If they don't have the password and this tool app they are left out in the cold with no clue. I like the fact that if someone gets a glimpse of your texting all they see is mixed character. Ads an extra step to texting or email but worth it for the extra privacy. 5-star encryption with no permissions needed to work. Especially network so you know it's safe. 256 AES. No stinking ads totally free. Thanks author. Wish it had file encryption compression too, but that would boost the app size. Happy the way it is.

Last processed text remains in memory forever and can't be erased by any method, even by clearing all data of this app. One single solution: uninstalling.

Seriously sad software. It can't even add public/private PGP keys. So it can't use a key for encryption, and there is nothing "key" related in the application. It asks for a password, but this is just normal PGP so no password exists. Keep your day job. I would have failed my I.T. classes if I submitted this as a project. Bleach.
