Even though I already use Strata and other running apps, Endorphins has become a really valuable hub. My Strata runs load automatically, including workouts that flow from Tonal to Strata, so it gives me a fuller picture of my training. I love the community features, detailed run/hike/walk analysis, and how it helps me track fatigue, injury risk, and when to push or back off. It feels like having a free coach.

This is the worst running app out there I prefer Strata and Garmin connect they are the best running apps out there and if you want a good running plan get a Garmin watch let it record your data and set up a Garmin coach and watch the progress, and it's free you only have to buy the watch 💪
