App was working fine until this month. Now it won't let me report without tracking me at all times. Have been using this for over a year. What's the change for?

If ya gotta report in, this app is far better than having to set an appointment, get there and having to physically go in the office. I've had absolutely no problem with this app. It works great, leads me through the self-report, easy to use and the few questions I've had were answered quickly through text or email. If someone is having problems, I suggest uninstalling, cutting the phone off, then on and reinstalling. Might want to get CC Cleaner and make sure your location is ON.

I was so excited to be put on Shadow track but this app is ridiculous. I received my login information from my probation officer and when I try to log in it tells me my account has been disabled. I have emailed support and so far have not heard from them.

Can't enroll it's telling me that I'm disabled so can I get in trouble for not checking in have new pho number and the pho num to call shadow track is telling me I'm calling from the wrong number and hangs up
