In the description it says in lieu of bond. I was bonded out. It's like I'm already convicted of something, and I haven't even been to court. Just ask Bard if this app is unconstitutional, and it will give a really long list of reasons. I have a lot of questions about this app. I mean maybe it is that the convenience outweighs the privacy issues. Especially for someone like me being disabled and not having a car to go see a PO. If it even works that way, I'm not sure.
