This is a really good app. It is really easy to book tickets. But if you have to cancel the ticket due to some unfortunate circumstance, getting a refund is a really difficult thing. At the time of writing this, it has been 18 days since I cancelled a ticket. I have not received it. Just call the helpline, and they say that action will be taken soon. I have been calling the helpline. I have been calling for 13 days now. They said today that all the staff are busy and that you are trying.

I regularly use the KSRTC app for booking bus tickets, and while the booking process is generally convenient, the bus tracking feature is a major issue. The tracking link often shows an error, displays the tracking information of a different bus, or is not provided at all. Sometimes the tracking link is sent only a few minutes before the bus reaches my location, which makes it practically useless. Today, I received the tracking link on WhatsApp only after I had already boarded the bus. Tracking

very, very bad service. No one is responding to any calls. They just need money. They don't want to do any proper service after paying money also. No SM, no conductor, no toll-free person not responding. It was a very bad experience in Kerala roads The service was better to avoid taking service use train and other won vehicles for training. No proper timing no proper cancellation process. Prison is better than KSRTC Kerala bus journey.
