22-May-26: Worst Experience. I booked a Seat, but due to direct booking (other passengers) my seat was changed to last (dead end). How can they do??? I have proof, I'll submit a complaint. 04-Jun-26: Driver contact not shared, 2hrs delay, no response from operator, Redbus didn't solve issue (but closed before resolution).

The worst app ever. You can't even contact them for grievances. My bus met with an accident, my journey was disrupted. Till now I couldn't reach out to the team for refund Redbus doesn't throw their actual mail I'd open to the passengers. The support mail ID doesn't work, when I tried to mail them, it showed there is no such mail ID. It has AI bot which doesn't work, keeps loading for hours, never opens and sucks. Till now i could not reach out to the team. I'm never booking on this app again.
