My experience with RedBus App was very bad. I booked ticket via RedBus app with New Lokseva Travels bus departing from Ujjain to Jabalpur at 10:30 PM, and I experienced very bad. The amenities listed on RedBus app for this operator are grossly exaggerated; the bus is portrayed as highly comfortable when, in reality, it is far from it. For instance, the app claims mobile charging facilities are available, but actually not available. Furthermore, the not properly bus stoppage system.

Very disappointing experience with redBus. When I was filling in the details to purchase my ticket, I clearly selected TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) as my boarding point. However, after I confirmed the booking, the boarding point suddenly changed to TBG (Terminal Bersepadu Gombak). This was NOT what I selected when making the booking.

I have been a user of this app for around 4–5 years, but from a few months, I have been highly disappointed. As a female passenger, I can't book a double berth seat. In an emergency situation, there's no single seat available, then we do look for a double berth, but at that time, we do encounter the rule 'sorry, failed to confirm seat'. Why? The reason is that single women can't book a seat in a double berth. In an emergency situation, do I need to find a partner first?
