I checked up on my policy and realized my kids policy is inactive, I tried to contribute is been added but still inactive, actually having some issues to slove, I forgot to contribute, please happen to the account as I want them active or restored back, am I trying my best to get a better foundation for their future

Wow! A complete overhaul of the abysmal app. This update provides information as and when requested by the user and offers opportunity to pay premium as well as arrears. Now, I don't need my full statement to understand my policy. It's all there in the app! Well done, team!

It is very difficult to claim your provident fund contributions from enterprise trustees. So be informed. A partial claim of my tier 3 contributions is taking me over one month causing me embarrassment.

This app was designed to keep customers ignorant of what happens to their policies. They will deny it but let them prove it. You can't lock in. You can't search with your phone number to know your policy. You can't access statement. You can't lock in with your phone number with any policy. What at all is this app useful for?. Enterprise can you answer this question? What is the use of this app? I thought it was something wrong with the app deleted it and downloaded again and is even terrible.

You can't access anything on the app. All you internet platforms and USSD code are like that. Do I have to call an agent anytime I want to check my account balance or do some transactions? Please do something about it.
