★★★★★ Booking reservation was simple and staff readily answered any questions I had about the rental.

★★★★★ The gentleman working at store number 14. The Thornton rd max ham rd enterprise were absolutely amazing. Although they were understaffed thus morning. They still kept it 1000% professional. To the way they dealt with not just me but every customer. Thank you, gentleman. Job well done. The associates' names are: Jordan H and Sean S, at this location, gave me and everyone else exceptional customer service. I will definitely be doing more business with this location as long as they are here!

★★☆☆☆ This app used to be great I recently booked the car in Monroe showed up she told me they didn't have anything for me no truck nothing said she calls me she didn't call me on Tuesday just forgot about me, and she let my booking expired I'm sitting there thinking she's going to call me back never did don't go to the Monroe Michigan want it sucks now

★★☆☆☆ Clunky. When trying to view or modify a confirmed reservation I see a message indicating there are no vehicles available, as though I am attempting to make a new reservation.

★★☆☆☆ App info does not match car availability at the rental location...have been informed that a rental vehicle is not available.
