The Enthrive app provides both high-tech tools and high-touch services measure your overall sense of well-being and take active steps to improve. We want you to know how you're doing and never “suffer in silence.”

Personalized self-care.
While it's great to have access to mental health professionals, most of the time we can manage our own wellness through constructive routines and small actions. Some of these actions are easy for some but near impossible for others. That’s why personalized self-care is so effective. We focus on mental, emotional improvement but don’t overlook the benefits of spiritual wellness. We always respect your spiritual traditions.

Help when you need it.
Sometimes it’s nice to have someone to talk to. With Enthrive, it’s easy to connect to a life coach, counselor, or therapist. The app facilitates collaboration and goal setting with your counselor through Counseling on Demand. We also produce monthly reports showing your progress.

Other times, you just need a little support. We have a network of prayer providers who will respond to your request with a video message. Even if you're not religious, it is so encouraging to know that someone cares. You can replay these videos at any time.

Confidential and secure.
Guarding the privacy of your data is paramount. We take every precaution to ensure your data is not compromised. We use the Incognito service in AWS to protect your identity and access to your data. We are able to completely delete your account and your data according to GDPR and CPAA guidelines upon request (info@enthrive.org). Here is the link to our Privacy Policy.

Multiple devices.
Many of us have multiple devices such iPhones, Tablets, and Android devices. All of your data is available to each of these devices without manual synchronization as long as you sign-in with the same email address. If you switch devices, we will send another 6-digit authentication code to authenticate your identity.

--What does it cost?--
The Enthrive app is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases. It can be used in conjunction with services from Counseling on Demand. Learn more by tapping the Get Better! icon and then Connect. They offer a free initial consultation.

--How does it work?--
1. Download the app
2. Register with your email address
3. Retrieve your 6-digit code from your email
4. Enter it into the verification
5. Carefully read the consent form and check the Accept box
6. Take the Baseline Survey to establish a baseline for your Wellness Score

Recent changes:
Counselors will now be able to support clients with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Relationship issues. Free counseling sessions are available and can be scheduled through the app. Talk and chat with mental health professionals, request and receive prayers. Track your wellness score and more.
