Notification Volume is dependent on Media volume, I don't get to hear notification ringtone if media volume is off, neither the entry notification turns on the phone screen. Poor app development.

This app follows no rules for android. You will get LOUD notifications for every visitor NO MATTER WHAT YOU CHOOSE. I have turned notifications off, kept the phone silent, chose no notifications within the app, made the app silent and block all notifications. NOTHING WORKS! If you are in a meeting or sleeping, it will LOUDLY disturb you and everyone around you! Even if your phone is silent. I don't know if the developers intend to fix this.

Visitor approval doesn't work properly. Even after approving in app, we receive multiple calls from IVR and Guards.

Notification not coming. Keeps asking to set up IVR and does not save it. Please fix bugs
